By ordering on the Tạp hóa Cô Huệ website you agree to the terms below. Call our hotline if you have any questions.
1. Ordering
Your order is recorded once you receive an order code (ONL-…).
The store may call to confirm; orders are prepared after confirmation.
If an item is out of stock or its price changes, we will contact you before delivery.
2. Prices & payment
Prices are retail prices per unit (can, pack, case…) including tax where applicable.
Pay on delivery (COD) in cash or by bank transfer to the courier.
3. Delivery
We deliver to nearby areas. Delivery time and any fee are confirmed with your order.
Please check the goods on receipt and report missing or damaged items immediately.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel free of charge before delivery starts by calling the hotline.
5. Returns
We accept returns for defective, damaged, expired or wrong items. Contact the store with your order code.
Opened or used items are not returnable for personal reasons unless the store agrees.
